After my Computer Class, I walked across campus looking fo
r a friend of mine, named Stephen, who happens to run a club that I'm attending. So, I go to his usual hang out spot, but he wasn't there. Bobby, another club officer, told me that Stephen had went to lunch, so I looked for him. The first place I checked was where his girlfriend, Kayla, usually sells food for fund raising, because it is a lunch room so, why not check there? Instead, I saw my friend John there. So I sat and started a conversation with him...but...
That's when I saw her.
She had long brown hair with luscious turquoise eyes. She was surfing through pictures, particularly "EPIC FAIL" related pics, on John's I-pod. I had then noticed she had a sketchbook, so Out of interest, I asked to take a look. Inside, was sort of a storyboard for a comic she was working on. Most of the pages of the sketchbook were full. Then a friend of John's named Jonathan showed up (lol John and Jon) and started bringing up various "Chuck Norris" related quotes.
Lorilee, The angel's name, began adding to the conversation, and told me to Google "Find Chuck Norris" and click "I'm Feeling Lucky". WHEN I SAW IT, I SHAT BRICKS.
No Seriously, Go to Google. Type in "Find Chuck Norris" and press "I'm Feeling Lucky". It is wise to have a wheelbarrow handy to carry out the bricks you will shit.
Anyway, Aside from that nonsense, after John and Jon left, Lori and I remained. We commenced to stare at each other for a little while. I don't know about her... But... When I gazed into her turquoise-colored eyes... Those mere minutes... felt like hours. Then she finally came closer to me, and we began talking about the comic mentioned earlier. The comic is about her high school years, and the comic is comprised of some memories and of some outrageous adventures, featuring her favorite teacher in high school as the main character. She explained some of the long-running jokes in the comic, and the characters. I was fascinated that she remembered the lines they are gonna say, even though most of the comic was sketches of what happens in each panel and page. During her explanation, My eyes were met with hers... the entire time... Lori and I sat face-to-face in front of each other.
When I smiled, she smiled. Our eyes never left each other unless we were looking at the comic. We nudged closer and closer together until our elbows met. We stared at each other again for what seemed like more hours, smiling, sighing and blushing at one another. The thing I like the most about Lori is her modesty. It was so adorable how she looked at me saying, "I'm sorry I'm boring you so much...". She had said that at least 3 more times... Each time, I softly replied "Not at all."
After the comic was explained, we both began getting ready to leave, Her to return home and me to hang with Stephen. I walked with her to the door and we waved each other farewell for the moment. After than moment... I began... thinking about those bright turquoise eyes of hers... and,... just her... period. I can very well say, I have never felt this way about a girl before... We have so much in common... and not to mention, she is gorgeous... I really, really want to asker her out...
At the same time, I don't want to rush things...but... I will see if there is anyway I can see her tomorrow... so we can talk more... and maybe, just maybe...Ill ask her out... In the way that will reach her out the most...my artwork. Im going to draw a picture of us... stand in front of each other... Me asking her "Lorilee... Will you go out with me..?" and I'll let her... write in her response...
I may have to wait a long time for this... but... I think she may be the one I've been searching for... I can try and keep in touch through myspace and deviantart... maybe get her phone number, and call her.
Whatever happens, wish me luck everyone... Goodnight.
